    The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the providers of the internet services used for the creation and making available of the site and at the offices of the Data Controller. The data are processed only by the personnel in charge, also for any maintenance and administration operations of the processing systems.

    IThe personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Data Controller in the execution of the contract, or in the absence of a contract, in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in free economic initiative (pursuant to article. 41 of the constitution).

    TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

    Navigation data

    The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

    This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

    These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

    • obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
    • check the correct functioning of the services offered.

    The navigation data are kept for the duration of the session and for the entire duration of use of the site.

    Data communicated by the user

    The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the institution, the private messages sent by users to the institutional profiles / pages on social media (where this possibility is foreseen), as well as the compilation and forwarding of the present forms on the institution’s sites, involve the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in communications.

    Specific information will be published on the pages of the institution’s sites prepared for the provision of certain services.

    Cookies and other tracking systems

    Various types of cookies are used, as indicated in the relevant legislation, for user profiling and session cookies (non-persistent) are used strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites.     – ARUBA S.P.A. (VAT number 01573850516), Via San Clemente 53 – 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG), in relation to the website www.playmakersinternational.com as a provider of development, supply and operational management services for the technological platforms used.

    The personal data collected are also processed by the staff of the authorized body, which acts on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

    TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY

    The Data Controller uses servers located in Italy, for the services offered by the site.

    Both the headquarters and the data centers are located in the European Economic Area. The transfer of data outside the EEA (European Economic Area) is subject to the Customer’s request (eg analytics services ).

    PLACE OF TREATMENT

    The treatments connected to the web services of the site take place at the headquarters of the Data Controller, located in Brescia (BS) and are carried out by authorized technical personnel.

    DATA RETENTION TIME

    The data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes (“conservation limitation principle”, Article 5 of the EU Regulation) or on the basis of the deadlines set by law.

    OPTIONAL CONSENT

    Apart from what is indicated for navigation data that acquire data automatically, visitors are free to provide their personal data or not to provide it. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to be contacted and to know what is requested.

    RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

    The interested parties have the right to obtain from the body, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations) through a specific request to: info@playmakersinternational.com.

    RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

    Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).

    No automated decision-making processes are carried out on aggregate data, if not aimed at better management of the site.
