Sports Performance Training

Sports performance training is training designed specifically to increase performance and minimize injury. Athletes have goals of enhancing strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, reaction, and more to improve abilities in their respective sport of choice.  And, every athlete wants to be able to compete in their sport at their full potential.  Sports performance training uses the demands of the specific sport and integrates flexibility, conditioning, core, balance, plyometrics, speed, strength, and quickness training to allow the athlete to meet these demands.

Whether it’s on the court or on the field, our Certified Personal Trainers and Performance Enhancement Specialists are specialized in training young athletes to be faster, stronger, more explosive, and more powerful in whatever sport they play.

Our Sports Performance Training Program is designed to benefit athletes in the following ways:

  • Injury prevention
  • Decrease wasted effort due to improper movement
  • Increase postural control, balance and stability
  • Increase muscular endurance
  • Increase total strength
  • Elevate maximum power output

Our 75 minute training sessions includes core, balance, stability, speed, agility, strength, and conditioning exercises tailored to each athlete’s performance level to ensure progression.  Open to male and female athletes grades 6 and up.  Sessions may include 1-4 athletes,

Single Session: $50

4 Sessions/month: $40/session

8 Sessions/month: $35/session
